Most people cannot see God’s-given opportunities around them because they are proud. But the meek will receive understanding from the Lord (Psalms 119:130). Meekness is the attitude of people who do not over size themselves by deception (Proverbs 13:7). They sincerely accept their place and take the challenges of growth (Psalms 147:6). Such don’t brag about their achievements. Meekness is humility with wisdom. It is acting only on what God instructs...

CHANGING YOUR AUTOPILOT

Romans 12: 1-5
Devotional:-“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” (v.2) NKJV


    Growth occurs when we change. And if we don’t change, we are not growing. There is no one who don’t want to change but we don’t like to change. If people are motivating us to change, we often don’t like to stay around them. But without change we cannot grow.

 The truth is that, change is painful psychologically, but if we must grow, we must change. The pain of change is that, what we have laboured to build, we now have to break. It is declining on what we have inclined. To make it easy for us to change, there are some fundamental things that must change, the first, is the way we think. Please understand that the way we think is influenced by the association we keep. So, to change, you must change your association. 

We must choose to start to think in the way of God. (Isaiah 55: 8) This is by thinking the way of the word of God. We also need to locate the new association that encourages us to think the new and godly way (1 Corinthians 15:33, Proverbs 13:20). Don’t’ forget that it took us a long time to learn the wrong, so we must not be in a haste to unlearn the wrong and learn the right one. But the strength of new change is persistence in the right way. Receive the grace of God. Peace. 

Prayer: Lord, I need your grace for my change.

This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

WAYS ON WATER Exodus 14:10-22 Devotional:- “So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.” (v. 22) NKJV      The enemy's trick in the lives of so many people today is to make them believe that they have come to their crossroads and that the road has ended. So many always agree with this deceptive thought, which leads to their frustrations. The enemy makes them look at situations around them as evidence of his words. So, many people easily agree with the devil and become victims of his deceit.
