  GREAT HOME John 14:1-6 Devotional:- “In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you” (V. 2) NKJV At creation, God created man into a paradise made for his eternal pleasure. God did not intend that the human race would ever live in suffering. Man was made to enjoy the best of mental exertion for a beautiful outfit. Man was to live forever in the paradise of God. But the devil cunningly deceived man, which made God chase man out of the paradise. Since then, the life of man has been terrible and most miserable. That is why when people have everything they need in this world, they will still discover that they are not fully satisfy. There is no place we can live that will fully satisfy us. This is a factor and the fact that something in us is still looking for something somewhere better than this world. In search of this, some people try to go to the moon and other planets. HOLY SPIRIT    

Philippians 2:12-17
Devotional:-“for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure” (v.13) NKJV


    People become discouraged sometimes when they make effort to develop strength in a particular area and they are not making headway. It is often so because we feel we want to achieve growth by our effort. The Bible says, Paul can plant and Apollos watered but it is God that brings increase.

The word of God says, it is God who work in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. This means, even our desire and growth are both the work of God. And we know He does this by His spirit in us (Zachariah 4: 6). That is why, as we thirst and desire to grow in the Lord, we must trust in the help of the Holy spirit (1 Cor 3:4-6).

When we trust the Holy spirit for our growth, He will give us the enablement to seek the Lord, He will strengthen us and make us enjoy our time with God. He will show us the truth as we meditate in the word of God (2 Cor 3:16-18) He will enable us to do the will of the father. It is therefore important that we trust the Holy spirit to help us. We do this by asking for His help in our pursuit of growth and He will help us. Peace. 

Prayer: Holy spirit, strengthens me to grow in the Lord.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
