  JOYFUL WOMAN 1 Peter 3:1-6 Devotional:- “Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives,” (V. 1) NKJV When a woman is living in joy, her family will also live in joy. That is why every woman deserves to be happy. This is because God has made a woman to be an Important part of the family. She is the beauty of her family. She is the glory of the home (Inside every woman’s handbag are instruments of their beauty. That is why they can’t do without the bag). Our scripture today gives us other things that should be in the bag of a happy woman. No matter your status as a woman, yet give the place of headship to your husband (1 Peter 3:1). The word of God want you to conduct yourself in the fear of God (1 Peter 3:2).  A woman who will live in joy must also take time to build godly character as her beauty. HOLY SPIRIT    

Philippians 2:12-17
Devotional:-“for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure” (v.13) NKJV


    People become discouraged sometimes when they make effort to develop strength in a particular area and they are not making headway. It is often so because we feel we want to achieve growth by our effort. The Bible says, Paul can plant and Apollos watered but it is God that brings increase.

The word of God says, it is God who work in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. This means, even our desire and growth are both the work of God. And we know He does this by His spirit in us (Zachariah 4: 6). That is why, as we thirst and desire to grow in the Lord, we must trust in the help of the Holy spirit (1 Cor 3:4-6).

When we trust the Holy spirit for our growth, He will give us the enablement to seek the Lord, He will strengthen us and make us enjoy our time with God. He will show us the truth as we meditate in the word of God (2 Cor 3:16-18) He will enable us to do the will of the father. It is therefore important that we trust the Holy spirit to help us. We do this by asking for His help in our pursuit of growth and He will help us. Peace. 

Prayer: Holy spirit, strengthens me to grow in the Lord.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
