He does all things for a purpose, and He will do nothing for nothing. Everything we see in this world has a reason for existence; even the ant and the mosquito have a reason for their existence. If there is no purpose for them, they will not be created. The beauty is that everything will enter into their season of joy when they locate their purpose and stay in it. It is important that you come to know that you are created for a purpose. You also need to know that it is only in fulfilment of your purpose that you can experience great joy. It is as sweet as when a nut finds the right screw and they just fit perfectly. It is as if a door finds the right key and it opens easily. FOLLOWING CHRIST                  

Luke 14:25-33
Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)


    God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.
 
    In the Scripture today, Jesus gave us the factor of becoming His disciples. It is by loving Him more than ourselves and above every other person. In other words, Jesus must become King over your life. This means no one else but Jesus has the right to direct the affairs of your life. This does not mean that Jesus is trying to gain monopoly over your life but it is because He is the only way to God, the truth and life is in Him (John 14:6). Anyone else can lead you out of God.
 
    Friend, know from today that,  just going to church does not make you a follower of Christ. Followers of Christ acknowledge and obey Christ in all that they do (John 15:14, Prov. 3:5-6, Matthew 7:20-21). They don’t go anywhere they like or do whatever they like but they stick to whatever the King wants. Make up your mind to be a true follower of Christ and your story will change to reflect the glory of God. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to totally release my heart unto you.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
