  LIVING WTH VISION Proverbs 29:17-25  Devotional:- “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he” (v. 18) KJV People may not be able to enjoy the best of God’s love until they live with a vision. God only releases provision for a vision. If you have your vision of life, and you are ready to pursue it, then you can be too sure of a glorious tomorrow. This is because God will do everything to see to the fulfilment of your vision. All God-given visions are capable of building a great destiny. Vision is an insight into the plan and programme of God for your life. Since it has to do with insight, it can only be revealed or unfolded. So it will take waiting on the Lord to receive the revelation of God concerning your life (Habakkuk 2:1). Waiting here simply means consciously standing in God’s presence to see into His mind for you. God’s vision for His children are in dieverse ways. FOLLOWING CHRIST                  

Luke 14:25-33
Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)


    God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.
 
    In the Scripture today, Jesus gave us the factor of becoming His disciples. It is by loving Him more than ourselves and above every other person. In other words, Jesus must become King over your life. This means no one else but Jesus has the right to direct the affairs of your life. This does not mean that Jesus is trying to gain monopoly over your life but it is because He is the only way to God, the truth and life is in Him (John 14:6). Anyone else can lead you out of God.
 
    Friend, know from today that,  just going to church does not make you a follower of Christ. Followers of Christ acknowledge and obey Christ in all that they do (John 15:14, Prov. 3:5-6, Matthew 7:20-21). They don’t go anywhere they like or do whatever they like but they stick to whatever the King wants. Make up your mind to be a true follower of Christ and your story will change to reflect the glory of God. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to totally release my heart unto you.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
