HE GIVES STRENGTH Isaiah 40:21-31 Devotional:- “He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength” (v.29) NKJV      It often looks intimidating to suddenly discover that you are not as strong as you used to be. This is a state in which you can’t just locate your strength. One thing or the other has sapped them. Such cases might make some people afraid; those things of which they have boasted seem not to be there again. Others may think that at this time, the enemy might come to take advantage of them.

ALTERNATIVES II Kings 5:1-15 Devotional:- “Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?" So he turned and went away in a rage”. (V12) NKJV      It is always the trick of the devil to make us lose sight of God. So he often makes us see alternatives to God. His own goal is to take people away from God. The enemies so much make his way look easy and quick but with eternal implications. That is why you need to grow your faith and not yield to his tricks. The devil’s alternative will always be with covenants that bind into darkness.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
