HE NEVER CONDEMNS

HE NEVER CONDEMNS John 8:1-11  Devotional:- “She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more”” (V. 11) NKJV One of the tricks the devil often used against man is to make us feel condemned. To be condemned is a feeling of self-judgment. It is the act of judging oneself to death when God has not. A man with condemnation cannot be bold or courageous. He cannot exercise faith. He cannot take a risk and so cannot find it easy to succeed. The truth is that God does not condemn man. So it is like man to feel condemned, and it is the handiwork of the devil. It was said about Jesus, “for God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that through Him might be saved” (John 3:17).  God has appointed Jesus to judge the earth. But that is not now. Condemnation is a feeling that one has been written off and is not worthy of living anymore. The only people who will face God’s final condemnation are those who refused to...

SUFFERING

SUFFERING

Romans 8: 18-27
Devotional:-“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (v.18) NKJV

Spiritual growth occurs when we pass through some measures of suffering. God often allow challenges on our ways to provoke us to seek Him and grow in His grace. Everyone who want to be strong in the Lord must be willing to pass through a time of challenge. They are meant to provoke us to overcome. Until we partake of the suffering of Christ, we may not grow strong enough as Christians (Philippians 3:10).

It's important we know that our challenging season are often product of our weaknesses (James 1: 12-15) When God observe that we are not growing in a particular area of our lives, He then has to chastise us in such area (Hebrews 12:5-11). Instead of some people taking their challenge as a means of a training, they take offense in God and they are defeated by the devil (1 Cor 10:10).

Times of need or challenges are time to check our connection with God, hold on to His word and receive faith to challenge our situations. No one enjoy challenging time but when it is taking in righteousness, it produces the fruits of righteousness (Romans 5: 3-5, James 1:12, Hebrews 12: 11). So, rise up to wait on God in prayers for a word (Rhema) to grow your faith in the Lord to overcome. Challenge your challenges and you shall be victorious. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, strengthen me to overcome my challenges.
