STEP OUT Matthew 14:22-32 Devotional:- "So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus". (V. 29)      Many people have not been able to take their first step toward success because they are not sure they will make it. They keep calculating and their calculation is not equal to success on paper. So they are not willing to start. I really do not know any venture that will give you a complete assurance of success at the beginning. That is why you must allow your life to be guided by divine vision and you step into it by faith.

TAKING CHARGE.  Psalm 115:9-17 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’s; But the earth He has  given to the children of men (v. 16) NKJV      God made man with a mandate of dominion (Genesis 1:28). Therefore until a man is taking charge of his life he is not fulfilling his destiny. To take charge is to take full responsibility over your life and destiny.  At creation God has delegated the rulership of the earth to man. The word of God says God is in heaven and the earth He has given to men (Psalm 115:16). The message version says He has put us in charge of the earth. This means you and I have to wake up to take charge (Ephesians 5:14). Many are waiting on the Lord and God is waiting on your permission to do things in your life.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Proverbs 13:18-25 Devotional:- "Much food is in the fallow ground of the poor, And for lack of justice there is waste". (V. 23)      A major factor that is so vital to the success of anyone is financial management. Anyone who does not know how to manage his or her finances will sooner or later face the music. If money will not rule our lives, then we have to learn to manage it. Our ability to manage money goes a long way to determine many things in our lives.

PRICE OF TENACITY John 15:1-8 Devotional:- “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. (V. 5)      Very many people are struggling to succeed because their life is not stable. They are desperate to succeed and so they move and change course always. Until a man is focused in life, he may not be able to succeed; Tenacity is to stay focus on a particular profession or career.

PRICE OF FOCUS Philippians 3:12-16 Devotional:- "Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead." (V. 13)      One of the most potent factors of success is focus. This helps us to concentrate on the major things of life for our success. Many things are always calling for our attention. They will always attempt to distract us from been successful. That is why we have to learn the wisdom of focus. This makes us effective and successful (Matthew 6:22).

PRICE OF SERVICE Mark 10: 35-45 Devotional:- "Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant". (V. 43)      In the language of the world, no one ready wants to be called a servant. It sounds like slavery or a low ranked staff. So the world does not really appreciate the office of a servant. The truth is that no one can succeed without service. It is the act of blessing someone with the gifts, talents and Grace God has given to you. It is willingness to affect others with your life.

PRICE OF DILIGENCE Proverbs 22:20-29 Devotional:- "Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men". (V. 29)      One of the strongest factors of success is diligence. The truth is that success is not just a coincidence. No one stumble at success. To be diligent is to be skilful in ones business. It is to be very good at ones work. It is to be able to do your work excellently. To be diligent is to be consistent in delivering the best of your work.

PRICE OF INTEGRITY Luke 16:9-15 Devotional:- "He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much". (V 10)      Each one who wants to have a lasting success must learn the wisdom of integrity and live by it. Without integrity, no success can last. Integrity is the act of been consistent in faithfulness and loyalty. It is the act of been honest and able to keep to strong moral standard.

PRICE OF DISCIPLINE 1 Corinthians 9:19-27 Devotional:- "But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified. (V. 27)"      Part of the price to be paid by anyone who wants to succeed is the price of discipline. Success is highly demanding that only the discipline can make a meaning of it. Most people want comfort. But it should be clear to all that comfort without having to discipline self will later turn to suffering and regrets. That is why Apostle Paul said I discipline my body and bring it under subjection lest when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified. There are three lessons from this scripture. Each of us will have to discipline him/her self. This is by training and culturing self to endure in some situation. START SMALL Zechariah 4:1-10 Devotional:- "For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the LORD, Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.” (V. 10)      The best of success cannot be attained when a person cannot start small. The beauty of life is in starting small. Whatever is your training or qualification, starting small will still build you up for lasting success. It is true that starting small makes us to struggle, but those struggles teaches us a great deal of lessons. The word of God says we should not despise the small beginning. The word of God says God rejoices to see the work begin that way.

TRAINING Daniel 1:1-10 Devotional:- "And the king appointed for them a daily provision of the king’s delicacies and of the wine which he drank, and three years of training for them, so that at the end of that time they might serve before the king". (V. 5)      When Daniel and the three Hebrews where brought into the palace of Babylon, they have to plan a training for them. It is important to think of training for people to have quality understanding of what is expected of them. There is need for training for people to become skilful in their process of production. There is need for training to the producer to produce the best. There is need for training for the producer to be exposed to the varieties of approaches to his work.

HAVE A PRODUCT Galatians 4:8-20 Devotional:- "My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you" (V. 19)      Success becomes invisible if you don’t have something you are producing.  Frankly, every vision is aiming at producing something. It is the effectiveness of your production either in quality or quantity that reveals your success. Some labour in services, and other are selling what someone produces, while some produce the materials. A teacher is producing students, while a carpenter is producing furnitures. A doctor is producing healing while a pastor is producing mature Christians. Everyone must be producing something.

RUNNING YOUR VISION 1 Corinthians 9:16-24 Devotional:- "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it". (V. 24)      It is important we know that only those who are pursuing God’s for their lives that will really succeed. Everyone one who wants to succeed have to consciously walk in to success. That is why we need to look into running the God given vision for our lives. If you have a God given vision and you don’t run it, the truth is that it can not run itself.

POWER OF VISION Proverbs 29:15-20 Devotional:- "Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law". (V. 18)      God the maker of men had made everyone to be so unique with different assignment to be carried out on the earth. That is why we are needed in the world. That is, it was a need in the world and the eternal plan of God that necessitate your creation. You can only connect with your divine assignment of God for your life by receiving it as a vision for your life. Men who are running with a vision are often standing out uniquely among men.

DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE Ecclesiastes 3:1-11 Devotional:- “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven” (V. 1)      All of us on the earth are made by God for a purpose, your vision talked about your assignment but your purpose talked about the reason for your vision. It talks about the motive behind your vision. It talks about the motivation for your running and pursuit on earth. Since it is motive that motivates, then motive must be clear to please the Lord.

DISCOVER YOUR SHAPE Ephesians 2: 1-10        Devotional:- "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them". (V. 10)      God the maker of each one on the earth has made each unique he has wired each one so uniquely that our DNA shows 10 to 2,400,000. This simply talks about uniqueness in our creation. It will really be challenging to find someone exactly like you. Trying to look at our unique nature we can summarize the factors of our differences to the acronym call shape. S- Spiritual gifts, H- passion of our heart, A- Special abilities or talents, P- Personalities, E- Experience

DISCOVER YOUR VISION Habakkuk 2: 1-4 Devotional:- "I will stand my watch And set myself on the rampart, And watch to see what He will say to me, And what I will answer when I am corrected". (V. 1)      God made each one on the earth to carry out an assignment for him. It is this assignment that we call vision. The word vision has to do with visual. It is a spirit images planted in our mind that becomes our pursuit on earth. Each one who wants to succeed must see the vision of what they are made to carry out on earth (Exodus 26:30). So, vision is insight for a foresight to a destination of achievement.

THINKING THROUGH Luke 15:11-24 Devotional:- "I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you". (V. 18)      Thinking is not ordinary; thinking is often ignited by the spirit. When you find yourself thinking repeatedly around an issue, God is simply setting you up for an achievement. Most people see thinking as a burden. They enjoy to always jest and laugh, that is great but not all the time so that you don’t laugh away the strength to succeed.

TESTIMONIES 1 Samuel 17:33-40 Devotional:- "Moreover David said, “The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and the LORD be with you!” (V. 37)      One of the factors that can release the strength of God into us to rise and succeed is the testimony of what the Lord has done. Testimonies of God’s mighty act will release strength into you to arise. Testimonies are proves of the ability of God to do wonderful things. Testimonies sometimes help to disarm your fear. It reveals to you that what you think is not possible is possible in God.

FAITH     1 Samuel 17:23-32 Devotional:- "Then David spoke to the men who stood by him, saying, “What shall be done for the man who kills this Philistine and takes away the reproach from Israel? For who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?” (V. 26) A major factor of strength in every man is faith. Faith is a product of the revelation of the word of God to our spirit man (Romans 10:17). Without faith, no man will rise to achieve anything. Most people envy a successful man but are not always ready to pay the price. Faith is the compulsion in your spirit man to step out. Faith is the Holy Spirit activating strength in you to carry out the counsel of God. David was been instigated by the Holy spirit through the revelation of the word of God.
