MIRACLE BABY I Samuel 1:10-20 Devotional:- “And she said, "Let your maidservant find favor in your sight." So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad” (V. 18) NKJV Sorrow as it were is one of the strongest weapons of the enemy against man. You and I need to say bye-bye to it. Sorrow has nothing to offer a man than frustration. People of faith have learned to live above it.

HEALING OF NAAMAN 2 kings 5:9-19 Devotional:- “So he went down and dipped seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean” (V.14) NKJV There is nothing impossible or difficult for God. He only loves to see men believe in His great power to do great things in their lives. Often times God gives us ridiculous instructions through His servants and we look down on it, this is doubting God.

SOLDIER’S FAITH Matthew 8:5-13 Devotional:- “The centurion answered and said, "Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed” (V.8) NKJV We all need to come to the very point of knowing the viability and the power of God’s word. The word of God is the greatest power God has. Through the word, all things were created. And nothing was made without it (John 1:1-3). God’s spoken word is ever-powerful.

UNMOVED FAITH Matthew 15:21-28 Devotional:- “And she said, "Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters' table" (V.27) NKJV Sometimes by the principle of our response to life or obedience to God, we might not have been qualified for some things. But faith can qualify us. That is why Jesus said He has not come for the rich but that the poor may be rich. He has come to remove the barriers in the lives of people and to release them to their destiny.

HEALING OF WATER 2 Kings 2:19-25 Devotional:- “Then he went out to the source of the water, and cast in the salt there, and said, "Thus says the LORD: 'I have healed this water; from it there shall be no more death or barrenness'" (V.21) NKJV Some people are experiencing a bitter spring of life. Everything is always against them. Nothing seems going the way they expect. Their situation looks odd. God still has the solution to all of this. He can bring a change. All you need is to be ready to take steps by faith according to God’s word.

FLOATING AXE II kings 6:1-7 Devotional:- So the man of God said, "Where did it fall?" And he showed him the place. So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron float. (V.6) NKJV Sometimes when we read about some great wonders of God in the Bible, something makes us feel it was because the people were special. But we need to know that they are men of like passion as we are (James 5:17-18). They were just exactly like we are but they were only men of faith and God was able to work wonders through them.

FALL OF JERICHO Joshua 6:6-20 Devotional:-“So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat. Then the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city” (V.20) NKJV Often, the enemy doesn’t want God’s children to approach their blessing. And he will fence it round. Though it is just at their reach the enemy will make it unavailable. So, they keep waiting endlessly. The blessing is there but the fences must collapse to obtain it.

So the waters that went down into the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, failed, and were cut off; and the people crossed over opposite Jericho. (V. 16) NKJV Many may not know that God is not going to do great things in their life until when they are ready to cooperate with Him. For His wonders to happen in our life He has a part, and we also have a part. If a man is not ready to play his part God is not also going to play His part. Playing your part is a sign of faith in God's ability. When you do, He will also play His glorious part.

WATER FROM THE ROCK Exodus 17:1-7 Devotional:- “Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink." And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel” (V.6) NKJV Life cannot remain without water. It is often said that water is life. All living things depend on it. Lack of it can terminate life. It is an important commodity of life. That is why God has made it available abundantly on earth. Water constitutes about 70 percent of the entire world. It is larger than all other substances on the earth. Yet you may find it not available in some situations of life.

THE RED SEA Exodus 14:13-28 Devotional:- “Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided” (V. 21) NKJV When a man comes to a crossroad in life, a junction at which it looks like an end has come; when all hope seems to have gone; all that the Lord needs is a man of faith; a man who can stand to believe and obey Him; a man who could risk things himself to do what no one will believe but which is the will of God.

It may not always appeal to reasoning or science. But people who are wise to hear will not despise the instruction of God (Matthew 7:24).

You must be ready to act by faith. You must believe that He will back up His word. So, by faith obey Him.

God’s word says the gift of a man will make a way for him (Proverbs 18:16).

If God has been speaking to you on anything and it looks foolish; please settle down to obey. God suddenly called Abraham and asked him to leave his father’s house to a land He would show him. During this period such movement was not strange to warriors. They just get somewhere and establish a city. But that of Abraham was different. God Himself said I have a place I want to give you just follow. He did not complain or become afraid. He knew God was faithful.

God at a time called Noah and said “I want to destroy all living things on the earth because of their evils” (Genesis 6:7). Therefore, you will make an ark that will contain everyone that will believe me.

So he turned and went away in a rage”. (V12) NKJV It is always the trick of the devil to make us lose sight of God. So he often makes us see alternatives to God. His own goal is to take people away from God. The enemies so much make his way look easy and quick but with eternal implications. That is why you need to grow your faith and not yield to his tricks. The devil’s alternative will always be with covenants that bind into darkness.

SCIENCE 1 Timothy 6:17-21 Devotional:- “Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:” (V. 20) KJV As good as science has been to the development of human life as much the enemy is trying to work through it to destroy human faith in God. What men can trust God to overcome in the past, has now become what they have to spend foreign currency to overcome. The things that one need not fear but take caution about are now been projected as instruments of death. All of these are used to create fear in people for destruction.

DOUBT

DOUBT James 1:2-8 Devotional:- “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind” (V.6) NKJV We need to understand the great effect of doubt. The moment we doubt, we agree with the devil to think and believe that God is not able. This will always bring man to the point of unbelief. Please know that it is in the principle of God that under this atmosphere He will not do anything (James 1:8)

It is negative information that produces the rest of the enemies of faith. It produces fear, doubt, worry, Impatience, pride, and more. I want to say that negative information is the greatest enemy of man. Through it, the devil often destroys and decomposes man to weakness.

PRIDE

PRIDE 2 Kings 14:7-14 Devotional:- “You have indeed defeated Edom and your heart has lifted you up. Glory in that and stay at home for why should…you fall and Judah with you” (V. 10) As much as the advancement we have seen in the development of the world and even your personal development, do you know that it will be wrong to think we have made it by our power (Deuteronomy 8: 11 – 20)? God is still in control of the affairs of men and He directs all things according to His will (Daniel 4:25). When people become proud, they will lose their focus on God to self and faith will no longer be necessary till they are destroyed.

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin” (V28) NKJV A life of worry has become natural with some people. It is even in the nature and tradition of some tribes in the world. People believe that it is the practice of the mature to be worried and when you don’t entertain worry to such you look careless. The disciples ask Jesus that question before, “…teacher do you not care that we are perishing?” (Mark 4:38)

FEAR

FEAR Matthew 8:23-27 Devotional:- “Bt He said to them, "Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?" Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm” (V.26) NKJV Fear is created with us for something good, to fear and refrain from doing evil because you know the judgment of God on evil. This is the fear of God. The consequences of evil are never good. This is referred to by Solomon as the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). This is the fear that will not want us to disobey God (Genesis 39:9). This makes us afraid to do evil, but when sin dwells in the heart of people, they now live in fear because they are not able to do what is good. For this reason, the son of God came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). One of those works of the devil is fear over many things.

That is why God’s word says a man of knowledge increases in strength (Proverbs 24:5). Knowledge itself puts man in a position of authority.

And He said to him, "So shall your descendants be" (V. 5) NKJV Everyone who wants to be victorious must consciously destroy all negative imaginations to grow a positive one. Most people are not even conscious of the fact that they are spiritual beings. So, they toil with the factor that makes them. Your imagination is a spiritual weapon; if you don’t learn to use it rightly, the devil will take advantage of it for your destruction. Imaginations are the pictures we form in our minds about ourselves or the people around us. You must know nothing can stop your imagination from manifesting (Genesis 11:6 KJV).
