THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. GOD’S PURPOSE

GOD’S PURPOSE

Scripture Reading: 1 Peter 2:1-10
Devotional:- “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;” (V. 9) NKJV

God made everyone to fulfill a purpose. It is as we start to fulfill our purpose that we become a vessel unto honour. That is why each one has the responsibility to discover his/her purpose and live in it. No one is ordained for shame, this only happens when people walk away from the plan of God for their lives.

The word of God says “we are a chosen generation, a Royal priesthood, a holy nation. His own special people, that you may proclaim His praises. The last phrase of that scripture defines our purpose. God made you that your life might demonstrate His glory (Isaiah 43:21).

Friend, you are made to bring glory to God as you walk in your purpose. This you can do by always worshipping Him in whatever you are doing, by been a committed member of His family, by growing to be like Him, by been a blessing to others around d you and by winning souls to the kingdom of God. This, you can pursue in every career or business you do. Use it all to fulfill God’s purpose for your life and you will become a great vessel of honour to God and to your world. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, teach me the way of your purpose in all I do.

“UNTIL YOU FIND YOUR PURPOSE, LIFE WILL BE A STRUGGLE”.
