THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. HIS PLAN

HIS PLAN

Scripture Reading: Jeremiah 29:10-14
Devotional:- “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope” (V. 11) NKJV

God is the master planner and He has a master plan of the universe in his hand. Your life is not made to be an event of confusion. You are created to fit in and fulfill your part of the eternal agenda of God. Plans make life orderly and for each one to come in at different time to fulfill their parts on earth.

The word of God says God has a plan. The plan has been before the creation of the world (Ephesians 1:4). It is not determined in a committee that involves you and I, it was before creation. When we accept and fit into the plan, then we start to walk in our best in life. It is then, that we can become His honorable vessel.

Some people mistakenly think that they are here for themselves and no one cares. The day you are aware that there is master plan, then, you will change your thinking. The best way to find your path is to submit to God and to always obey His instructions. In His plan, there is a season to settle you (1 Peter 5:10). There is a time to lift you up (1 Peter 5:7). There is a time to make all things work out well for you (Romans 8:28). There is a time for all things according to His plan (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Please be willing to submit to your maker. You will be a fulfillment. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to submit to your will for my life

“IF YOU ARE NOT IN YOUR PATH, YOU CANNOT BE IN HIS PLAN FOR YOU”
