  MADE TO SERVE GOD 1 Corinthians 3:5-17 Devotional:- “For we are both God's workers. And you are God's field. You are God's building. (V.9 NLT) God put you on earth to make contributions and make a difference with your life. Another purpose of your life is to serve the Lord wherever you are. You are created to add to the earth and not just to take from it. This purpose of your life is called ministry or service. It is very important that you live in this consciousness, you were created to serve God (Ephesians 2:10). Wherever you are either in the school or in the office, be sure you are serving God and fulfilling your purpose.  God saved you to serve Him. Your work, business or academic is also a work and a service to the Lord (Ephesians 6:5-7). God redeemed you to do His holy work everywhere in your life. SEPARATED UNTO GOD

Scripture Reading: Genesis 12:1-8
Devotional:- “So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran” (V. 4) NKJV


    A vessel unto honour is the one that has allowed the honorable spirit to use them to achieve honorable deeds. If a vessel will be used by a spirit, then that vessel must be separated for its purpose. There are pots for water and there are pots for dye to be used for cloths coloring. The two cannot be used interchangeably. Wisdom demands that we separate different pot for the two.

God wanted to use Abraham to build a nation for Himself; He has to first call Abraham to separate himself from the worldly system unto Him. This is because if Abraham is not separated unto the Lord, he will be corrupted and made ineffective for God. That made Abraham to depart from his town and people to be separated unto the purpose of God.

Friend, you cannot stand on the fence. You cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24). If you will be a vessel unto honour, you must be total unto God. You cannot call yourself a Christian and still be following the way of the world. The world system is fashioned to make people vessels of the devil. You cannot be living, thinking, acting the way the world does and be a vessel unto God. Be separated unto God. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to separate myself unto you.

”INDECISION WILL MAKE ANYONE TO LOOSE ON BOTH SIDES”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
