MATURE CLASS

MATURE CLASS I Corinthians 13:9-13 Devotional:- “When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things” (v.11) NLT I have observed that it is not everyone that can truly love. This is because it is a character for a person in a class. I have seen some men taking pride in beating their wives. I have heard many women proudly saying that they cannot stay under any man. And they do not feel ashamed that at their age, they couldn’t manage a home. The truth is that, if you cannot rise and manage a home, it is a sign that you cannot manage a greater thing that God would have loved to give to you (1 Timothy 3:5). When people give excuses of the reason why they cannot love, you will easily recognise their immaturity. Friend, you should feel ashamed if there is always noise of a fight coming from your apartment. And so many times, people, including the pagans, often come around to judge you and people, bashing and mocking...

DOMINION

 DOMINION

Psalms 8:1-9
Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV

At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

Since the devil was cast to the earth, he has been dreaming of taking over and ruling it. Since he was not aware of God’s agenda of creation, he was shocked to see God creating another one like God and may likely be a ruler. God gave dominion to man, and the devil was not pleased. Dominion interprets rulership and authority over others. It is also a legal permission to dominate others and determine activities in their lives. The government of each country exercises dominion over the people. You don’t need to like them, but you must obey them. This is your true nature.

Friend, you have dominion over all forces and authority. It is sin that devalues the strength of man. Don’t put on a defeated mentality. Don’t let your situation determine your mindset but the word of God. Do you know that the almighty God is in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16). He that is in you, is greater than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). Wake up and take over in the name of Jesus. Gain back your authority by believing the word of God and let the Holy Spirit always guide your steps (John 5:30). Stand against pain, sickness, sorrow, failure, and frustration in your life. Our dominion is not only over the animals but also over all the powers of the enemy (Luke 10:19). By the name of Jesus, even the angels are at alert to execute your words (Hebrews 1:14). Refuse to be destroyed by your challenges. Arise over it and win.

PRAYER: LORD, RELEASE MY LIGHT OF DOMINION TO ME.

“DOMINION IS THE HERITAGE OF RULERS, TAKE YOURS”
