HOW SERVANTS THINK

HOW SERVANTS THINK Numbers 14:11-25 Devotional:- “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it” (V. 24).   To be a servant requires complete mental shift and change in attitude. Before God, attitude count more than achievement (2 Chronicles 25:2). So, when we look at how real servants think, they think more about others than themselves. Humility is not thinking less of ourselves but thinking of ourselves less (Philippians 2:4). Jesus takes the form of a servant (Philippians 2:7). We can measure our servant’s heart by how we respond when others treat us as servants. Real servants think like a steward and not owner. They keep in mind that God owns it all.  To become a real servant you’ve got to settle the issue of money in your life (Luke 16:13). Please understand that money has a great potential to replace God in our heart. When Jesus is your master...

CHOICE OF FAITHFULNESS

CHOICE OF FAITHFULNESS

Matthew 24:45-51
Devotion:- "Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?” v45

Faithfulness is one of the fruits of the Spirit of God (Galatians 5:22). Many people that you think should be faithful are not. This is because, most people don’t know that faithfulness is a choice. Many who are filled with the Holy Spirit still find themselves demonstrating unfaithfulness. They desire to be faithful, but they are not (Romans 7:15).

Our Scripture today said “who is that wise and faithful servants?” that means, faithfulness is the practices of wise people. This is because it is faithfulness that qualifies one for promotion in life (Luke 16:10-11). It is faithfulness that qualifies one for more (Matthew 25:20-21). To bear the fruit of faithfulness, you need to live in the fear of God. This is the beginning of wisdom. (Proverbs 9:10). Faithfulness is demonstrated in people who by wisdom know that every action is a seed and harvest is inevitable (Galatians 6:7). This is deep understanding.

Friend, when you choose to live a faithful life, you have chosen the part of wisdom. This we lead to your promotion. This will lead to your increase and grace for more. See you at the top. Peace!

PRAYER: Help me to choose to be faithful

“FAVOUR COULD GIVE YOU SUCCESS, BUT FAITHFULNESS WILL GIVE YOU MORE.”
