  GOOD WILL Luke 2:8-14 Devotional:- “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” (V. 14) NKJV A great blessing of God to humanity at the birth of Christ is goodwill. A nation without it is completely under bondage. They cannot claim, nor ask, nor can they have anything from the Lord except by the common grace (Matthew 5:25). This is what the sons of men are before the coming of the Messiah. Men have been living under the pressure and the punishment of sin and the law. Men were governed spiritually by the law they were never capable of obeying. When Jesus came, then came the time of grace. This brought us into the season of the goodwill of God (Ephesians 2:8). Will is what every father writes to give the right of inheritance to each of the children. Before Christ, God’s will was not approachable for men. It was not favorable for a natural man. RIGHTEOUSNESS              

Deut. 28:1-13
Devotional-"Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.” (V.1)


    As citizens of the kingdom of God, it should be cleared to us that we are creatures of choice. If we live in righteousness, it is a choice. Those who don’t live in righteousness have unconsciously chosen to live an unrighteous life. Righteousness means to have a right standing with God. It is to live in the will of God. It is to do what pleases the Lord. It is to live without condemnation in our heart (1 John 3:20-21). 

The bible is a covenant book which offer man it’s blessing if we choose to walk in its instruction. Just in our today’s scripture, God’s word will always give man the chance of making a choice. That is why it’s always starting with ‘if’. The word ‘if’ simply means: if you choose to live in God’s will.

Friend, it is your choice to live right with God. That is when you can access the blessings attached to it. To live righteously is your choice (Deut. 30:19-20). Sometime, we don’t know when we make a choice, but the time has come to make conscious decision whether to follow the Lord or not (Joshua 24:15). Life only respect those who are deliberate in their actions. Please, make a conscious choice to live in righteousness and the blessing of the Lord will begin to speak in your life. Peace

Prayer: Lord, help me to stand by my choice of righteousness

“YOUR ACTIONS ARE YOUR CHOICES, CAPABLE OF IMPLICATING YOU IN JUDGEMENT”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
