  MADE TO GLORIFY GOD Revelation 4:1-11  Devotional:- “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created” (V. 11) The first major purpose of your life is to bring glory to God (Isaiah 43:21). That is why it is built into your sub-conscious mind to worship. When you understand the place of worshipping God in all things, you will no longer feel insignificant. Bringing glory and pleasure to God is what we called worship. God is always happy with those who worship Him (Psalm 147:11). Please note that anything you do to bring glory, honour or pleasure to God is an act of worship. We are wired by God to worship. If you don’t worship God, you will worship yourself. We often see some things as worship and others as none. We think we go to worship service but worship is more than just been in the church. It is a life style. SAMSON’S CHOICE.   

Judges 16:4-21
Devotional: “Afterward it happened that he loved a woman in the Valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah.” Vs.4


    It has often been said that “Your choice is your lot”. Most times the happenings in our lives, whether good or bad, are because of the choices we have made. 

Samson was an outstanding judge in Israel. He was instructed to deliver Israel from the hands of their enemies (the philistines). God gave Samson great physical and unique strength to carry out this divine assignment and he actually started to fulfill his destiny. But along the line he made a choice of a woman to marry but it was a wrong choice. In the laps of Delilah, he was shorn of his power, and became a man of physical weakness. The consequence was heart renting. Samson was deprived of his eyes and worth, he died untimely death and could not live long to fulfill his assignment. 

Your choice in life can make you or mar you (Deuteronomy 30:19). Before you make choice of a marriage partner, make sure he or she is born again, and will assist you in fulfilling God’s plan and purpose for your life. A partner that loves the Lord and both of you can serve God together in spirit and in truth. You will not make a wrong choice in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, help me to make the right choice always 

“YOUR CHOICE WILL MAKE OR MAR YOU”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
