  LOOKING UNTO HIM Psalms 34:1-7 Devotional:- “They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed” (V. 5) NKJV To enjoy the love of God for us, we must learn to keep looking unto Him. The scripture says, they looked unto him and were not ashamed. No one trusts in Him who will be ashamed at the end. It is amazing that Joseph, whom they sold as a slave, eventually became a ruler. Because that is God’s plan for Him (Genesis 45:1-9). Amazingly, Abraham, who had no children for almost a hundred years, at last became the father of eight children before he died (Genesis 25:1-2, 9). These are proofs of God’s faithfulness. Because He also has a plan for each of us, He does not want us to be discouraged or frustrated, but rather to keep looking unto Him. This is because He has a plan for us, and it shall surely come to pass. That is why He said, "I know the plans that I have for you; they are not of evil, but good, to give you a hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). H...

Daniel 6:1-5
Devotional “Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.” V 3


    Excellency in life is a matter of choice. To excel is to stand out in whatever you do. This is always a task that is highly demanding on any one who decides to excel. That makes excellence a strong battle with a high sense of responsibility. People only excel in life because they choose to. Most people don’t like to face challenges. Most people easily give up when things get tough. Else, excellence people are not common. Those who can’t excel will sometimes want to pull others down. 

In the Scripture we read today, Daniel determined to excel in life. The problem is that most people always assume that they will cut corners to succeed, so when you are pursuing excellence, you are proud. Only for them to later discover that there is no short cut in life. They always want to pull down anyone with an excellent Spirit.

Friend, refuse to be intimidated. Make up your mind to excel in all you do and pursue it with all your heart. Lazy people have a regrettable future. Don’t envy them, I have not found a lazy man who become lucky and earn a lasting success. Choose to walk your way to the top by the help of the Holy Spirit. Give yourself to seeking knowledge and growing. And you will stand out at last. See you at the top. Peace

Prayer; Lord, strengthen me to keep moving till I get to the top

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
