  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. INTEREST OF OTHERS           

Philippians 2:1-4
Devotional Verse: -“Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others” (V. 4)


   As servants of God, it is important we cultivate the attitude of thinking of others first. It is normal for every man to want to think of himself more. This is what we call the good human life. But true servants put the interest of others at heart. Remember, God consider our motive and intention than our action (Matthew 12:8-9).
 
   The word of God says, we should not only look out for our own interest but the interest of others. This is a sign of true humility and love. This is what is lost in the world today. But this is what Jesus meant when He says we must deny self. (Matthew 16:25). In other word, you are not full of self but you have space for others in your thinking. It is when we empty ourselves for the good of others that we truly invest in service. God hates people calling attention to themselves. This is manipulation and not ministry.
 
   Friend, it is wrong for anyone to try and use God for self-goal. True servants allow God to use them to fulfill the purpose and help others. Someone said, our level of servant-hood can be measured by how we respond when others treat us like servants (Matthew 5:41). This is how we can fulfill the purpose of God in our services and our services reward-able before God. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, give me a true servant’s heart for others.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
