  PROMISES Isaiah 55:1-13  Devotional:- “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (V.11) NKJV One thing that is common with lovers are promises. It is part of what a true lover will want to hear. To a true lover, a promise is like a cheque capable of turning into cash. So when people who love us promise us, we cherish the promises. And when we remember them, it gladdens our heart. We even sometime feel happy enough to share it with other friends. One other terrible thing that is common with people is failing to fulfill promises. That is why it will be unwise to marry someone based on mare promises. These failure in promises of people, in some cases, are due to the inadequacy of human strength, or unforeseen circumstances that can overtake the promises, so the promised often feel deceived. Proverbs 27:17-27
Devotional:- “As in water face reflects face, So a man's heart reveals the man” (V. 19)



  God made each of us with passion to drive us into achievement of our desire. Passion is the energy wired into us by the creator. The energy of our passion is inexhaustible i.e. It cannot finish. If you are woken up in the middle of the night to do what you are passionate about, you will not struggle with it. The energy for such exercises is loaded in you abundantly.

   The word of God says, as the face of a man reflects in water, so also a man's heart reflects in his face. Your passion produces your strong desire, hope, interest, ambition, dreams, and affections. It is your passion that determines why you say things you say, why you feel the way you feel and why you act the way you act (Matthew 12:34).

   Your passion is your inborn interest and emotion. They are pointer to where you ought to serve and what you ought to do to the glory of God. You will identify your passion by what get you exited, what get you angry at when it is not well done and what you love to keep doing.

Friend, it is important you identify your passion and use it to serve God. Your money is also in your passion. Your area of passion is the area you cannot be fed up working. This is because it is your area of natural strength. Locating and serving in your area of passion makes you find your path to greatness. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, help me to locate my passion for my progress.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
