  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. Daniel 1:8-20
Devotional:- “And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm” (V. 20)



   When someone has decided to serve the Lord, not flesh or sin, God will bestow on him the excelling grace. This is because, God made us to be the best in the areas of our calling. We are already custom made for greatness. All that God is seeking from us, is to be willing to serve Him.

   Daniel and his friends determined in their heart that they will not serve the devil or give themselves to the pleasure of this world. They made up their mind to live only for God. Since it is God who packaged them, He started to release the best through their lives as they serve Him where they were. When they were asked to bow to an image, they refused (Daniel 2:24-25). When the king wanted to kill all the wise men because of the king's dream, God revealed the secret to them (Daniel 2:16-19). When they were to be given strong drink, they rejected. Then God gave them wisdom and they were ten times better (Daniel 1:17-20).

   Friend, you will only be your best and live the best kind of life when you live to serve God (Daniel 6:20-22). Decide to allow God to use you as a vessel of His honour. Most people live a dishonoured life today but God will turn your life to be honourable (Hebrews 5:4). And you will be the best. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, let your grace for the best be upon my life.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
