  MADE TO SERVE GOD 1 Corinthians 3:5-17 Devotional:- “For we are both God's workers. And you are God's field. You are God's building. (V.9 NLT) God put you on earth to make contributions and make a difference with your life. Another purpose of your life is to serve the Lord wherever you are. You are created to add to the earth and not just to take from it. This purpose of your life is called ministry or service. It is very important that you live in this consciousness, you were created to serve God (Ephesians 2:10). Wherever you are either in the school or in the office, be sure you are serving God and fulfilling your purpose.  God saved you to serve Him. Your work, business or academic is also a work and a service to the Lord (Ephesians 6:5-7). God redeemed you to do His holy work everywhere in your life. SPIRIT FILLED

Isaiah 59:15-21
Devotional:- So shall they fear The name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him. (V 19)

    One thing that identifies us with God as His children is the Holy Spirit that dwells in us. It is therefore important for every believer to be filled with the Holy Spirit daily.  This is by fellowshipping with God - reading or listening to the word of God, worship and praying in the spirit on constant basis.

The workings of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers includes alerting us, energizing us and helping us to pray (Romans 8:26). That is why a believer must be sensitive to the Spirit.

Many a time, the devil seek to attack us, but the bible says, whenever he is doing that the Holy Spirit will raise a standard against him. The Holy Spirit does that by alerting us sometimes to pray. Other times to praise God, at some instances, the spirit will just wake us from our sleep to read God's word.

All of this are ways through which the Holy Spirit directs us to give us victory over all our adversaries. But it is only a privilege for believers who are filled with the Spirit. You also need to set time aside to ask for the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Then you will become sensitive enough to overcome in the battles of life.

Prayer: Lord, strengthen me by your Spirit to always overcome.

"THE FULLNESS OF THE SPIRIT GUARANTEES VICTORIOUS LIVING ".

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
