  LISTEN TO HIM John 10:1-10  Devotional:- “And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice” (V.4) NKJV If we are going to enjoy the love of God, then we must learn to listen to Him and follow Him. Shepherds are often very caring. They always take good care of the sheep. They help them locate where green grass is And take the sheep there. They even sit down with the sheep till they fill their belly with green pasture. They take them to where there is good water and sometimes get the water for them to drink so as to be satisfied. This is because every shepherd is fulfilled by looking at his sheep, who are healthy and well-fed. Jesus is the shepherd of our souls (John 10:11). He wants to lead us to the best in life, but we must listen to and follow Him (Psalm 23:1). You need to recognise His voice. TAKING INSTRUCTION

1 Chronicles 14:8-17 NKJV
Therefore David inquired again of God, and God said to him, “You shall not go up after them; circle around them, and come upon them in front of the mulberry trees. (V 14)

    David the warrior has one interesting quality, despite his life being occupied with battles yet he was full of victory.

In all the battle he fought, there was no record of where he was defeated or fled from his enemy. God always give him victory. We can therefore learn one of the secrets of David for victory. He does not just rely on his own wisdom or knowledge of war. He knew God to be a master strategist. So, he learned how to take instructions from Him. We could see God asking him to go the first time and later asking him to hold on. This is because God’s eye can see your enemy’s camp. So, He know how best to catch up with them.

As a person destined to overcome, you need to have this wisdom from now. God is interested in instructing you on how to go about your ways, if you will ask Him. He can speak to you through diverse means, but in most cases through your mind. God is a Spirit. He relates with us through our spirit and our spirit relate with our mind to relate with the body. If you will allow God’s word to dwell in you richly, then it will become easy for Him to take over you. And when He directs you can’t fail.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always wait on your instructions

“HIS DIRECTION WILL ALWAYS BRING YOUR VICTORY”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
