HE NEVER REJECTS YOU

HE NEVER REJECTS YOU John 6:24-40  Devotional:- “All whom My Father gives (entrusts) to Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out [I will never, no never, reject one of them who comes to Me]” (V 37) AMPC Sometimes we imagine God in our mind with the understanding and the likeness of men. We view Him as someone we have to really beg to ever experience His favour or help. The truth is that there are several reasons responsible for this. One of them is that man, by his nature, could reject a fellow man. So when we think of coming to God or returning to Him, we feel in our mind that we are too bad to be accepted. We need to understand that our feelings about God cannot be the best way to describe Him, like His word. Even though we feel like that, yet, the word of God, which is the truth, says, whoever comes to Him, He will never reject. He is never interested in the death of a sinner but that he repents and be saved (Ezekiel 18:23). This is part...

PURPOSEFUL

1 Samuel 17:41-51 NKJV
This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. (V 46)

There is a need for us to understand that God judge the intent of the heart. The Bible says, “by Him actions are weighed (1 Samuel 2:3). Your purpose of doing anything matters to God. This determines whether He will help you or not. Anything you do to acclaim a self-glory; don’t be surprised the end result will not be successful. God’s word says my glory will I not share with another (Isaiah 42:8). Therefore, you must watch the purpose of your step or actions anytime and every time.

David knew this as one of the factors of having the support of God for victory. So, he told Goliath that the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. In other words, he was standing that God may be exalted. He has automatically engaged God in this battle. And when God is involved, victory is inevitable.

Make sure everything you do is to glorify God. Both in prayer, in preaching the gospel, in giving, in counselling, in assistance, in going for an examination, interview or facing a panel or in facing life’s challenges. God will do everything to always give you victory that you may glorify Him. Never you have selfish motive, it will make you lose God in your battle. Let His glory always be your motive and your motivation, then you will always win.

Prayer: Lord, let all I do only be for your glory

“YOUR PURPOSE DETERMINES THE END POINT”
