DEFINE PLEASURE  Proverbs 21:12-21 Devotional:- “He who loves pleasure will be a poor man; He who loves wine and oil will not be rich.” (v. 17) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional DEFINE PLEASURE Support Us Proverbs 21:12-21 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com There is nothing wrong with pleasure, but there is a need to define what it means in a way that it will not bring destruction to you. Pleasure to most people means idleness, sleeping, jesting, watching T.V and all sorts of films, extravagant spending at beer parlous and hotels, eating in all the city kitchens and to some it is just travelling all around. The truth is that none of those things are real pleasure. If those things are what you call pleasures, then, no matter how much you have now, poverty and sorrow are on the way. NEW LANGUAGE

NEW LANGUAGE

Romans 4:1 E 6-22
Devotional:- (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; (V 17)

One can be a partaker of the blessings of the city of the army when he can speak their language. That is, when you can communicate effectively.
This is because relationship has its strength buried in communication. Lack of effective communication can also affect the success of any relationship. This same principle rules in the realm of the spirit. So, for us to have greater benefit of the Kingdom of God we have to know how to communicate in the language of faith. This language is unlike the one we are used to. Many of us are used to seeing is believing; but God’s word says, “the just shall live by faith” (Roman 1:17).

This is doing exactly what we read about God today. “Calling those things which do not exist as though they did”. This is pronouncing God’s promise upon your life. This is the power of creation.
At creation God said let there be light. Though, there has never been light before and there was light immediately. So, you need to begin to pronounce God’s word to your life now. That’s your new language. Start speaking the language of the word of God by faith and your life shall experience them.

Prayer: Lord, help me to keep speaking your word notwithstanding.

“OUR LANGAGE IS BY FAITH AND NOT BY FEELING IN GOD’S KINGDOM”
