  MEDIATING Hebrews 8:1-13 Devotional:- “But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises” (V. 6) NKJV In the Old Testament, the human priest used to stand in the gap between God and man. But because they are also human and can also sin, their priesthood was not able to actually deliver the human race. This is the ministry Jesus is carrying out on behalf of the believers since His ascension to heaven.  This ministry was taken over by Jesus because He loves us. Though He is seated on the throne but sitting closely to the Father to advocate for us. A mediator is someone who stands in the gap between the benefactor and the beneficiary. He is the one who pleads our cause to God. He is the one who intercedes for us before the Father. That is why we can be certain of our faith in God through Christ Jesus. BORN OF GOD

1 John 5:1-5
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. (V 4)

    If you are born of God, strength to overcome is in you. The enemies we face on daily basis are stronger than any imaginary thing. And it is in this light that God dwells in us, that we are be able to live victoriously. A man without God is too cheap for the devil to handle and to subjugate. If you want to be a victor in any area of your life, you therefore have no option than to be born of God.
When God created man, he breathed his spirit to his nostril and man became a living soul (Genesis 2:7). When man sinned, the spirit of God that makes man powerful departed. So for the spirit to come back to man, he need to accept Jesus into his life by inviting Him (John 1:12).

To be born of God is to be born again. It is when you invite Jesus to your life that He will come and begin to dwell in you. If you’ve not done that before or you are a backslider do it now. Only the people that are born of God have a guaranteed victory.
It might look any how now but victory shall surely come. God’s word says, "If God be for us who can be against us" (Romans 8:31). If you are born of God and yet you are still defeated. it is because you are not resisting the enemy in faith. Start to take faith and confidence from the word, resist him concerning everything in your life and he shall flee (James 4:7).

Prayer: Lord, let your Spirit in me always inspire me for my victory

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
