A BELOVED

A BELOVED Romans 9:23-26 Devotional:- I will call them my people, which were not my possible, and her beloved, which was not beloved” (V. 25) KJV      A part from the biblical use of the word beloved, which allows us to use it among believers, do you know that the greatest title any man or woman can earn in life is to be called beloved? This is someone you can probably refer to as your spouse. Your mother or your father cannot earn such a title. None of your sisters or brothers can fit in. None of your friends can as well fit in. This level of title is reserved for someone you are to him or her special. Someone you give unreserved love to. This is someone who has become very important and a treasure to you. As for this level of relationship, you are ready to invest anything. It is referred to as an intimate relationship.

HELPING OTHERS TO GROW

HELPING OTHERS TO GROW

Ephesians 5:25-33
Devotional:- "that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word". (V. 26)

A major reason God brings people together, either in groups, fellowship, or marriage is that we might help each one to grow. So mature person don't put on the negative in relationship but help others to grow. A relationship where people are not growing, they will be groaning.

To help each other grows demand so much of maturity and patience. The word of God says “that we may be certified and cleansed”. This will demand understanding the weaknesses and strength of each one to know why people behave the way they do. If we keep getting angry at each other, we will not be able to help ourselves. If we try to avoid each other, we will only postponed the good.

To help each other grow and be better, we need to understand that human being are spirit who lives in a body. So you need a word of the Spirit to get to their heart for a true change. That is why the Bible says”we can cleanse people by the washing of the water through the word. Please, create time of fellowship where the word of God can be shared. Pray before you share the word. It is the work of the Holy Spirit. You can hardly change any one (Zechariah 4:6; Hebrews 4:12). Shouting or fighting or being angry does not. The Holy Spirit can change anyone when we do our part to create the atmosphere of peace and love.

PRAYER: Lord, make me an instrument of change for others.

“IF PEOPLE DON’T CHANGE FOR BETTER AROUND YOU THEN YOU NEED TO CHANGE“
