  DESIGNED TO SERVE GOD Psalm 139:13-18 Devotional:- “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!” (V. 16 NLT)   God designed and formed you to fit into what He wants you to do to serve Him. The intended function determines the form of a building, so also your life. You are the way you are because you were made for specific ministry (Ephesians 2:10) Our scripture today simply means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God will never waste any ability unless He intend to use it for His glory (1 Peter 2:9) Before God will give you any assignment, He must have packaged you for it. This packaging is what we call shape (Jeremiah 1:5). Let us look at the meaning of each letter in your shape. The ‘S’ represents Spiritual gifts. These are special God-empowered abilities for serving Him, giving only to believers (1 Cor. 2:14). These gift cannot be bought because they are given by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:11). LOVE FIRST

Matthew 22:34-40
Devotional:- "This is the first and great commandment".  (V.38)

    Often time when we are deciding on what to do, we consider our benefits first. We quickly think in our heart what is in this for me? (1 Samuel 17:26). Thank God David was not asking this question for selfish reason. We therefore need to realize that the first to be considered is not yourself but love first.

Jesus said, love is the first in all God's commandment, so if you and I are considering our steps it should be love first. If we are considering our action, the first thing to consider is love. If we are reacting to any issue we should consider love first. If you are to step into any assignments, the first step is love.

To be able to live with love first principle, you must realize it is talking about God first (Matthew 6:33; John 21:15). This is because God is love (1 John 4:7-8). You need to realize that we are commanded to put love first because it is the first commandment. God made it to be the first commandment so that we will consider love first in all situations. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to always choose love first in all things 

“When love is first, God is first”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
