HOPE Psalm 42:1-11 Devotional:- “Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God” (v.11) NKJV If any man will experience sustaining joy, he must first be hopeful. Hope is the strength of joy. Hope is the reason for the coming joy. It is an expectation according to the will of God. It is an assurance of a coming joy (Hebrews 12:2). It is also the strength of faith (Hebrews 11:1). If there is no hope, there may also not be joy, but a man of hope will continue in joy. Oftentimes, we observe the current happenings around us, and it looks like there is no hope. The truth is that current events are not the determining factor for our tomorrow. God’s word says we cannot compare the suffering of now to the glory that is coming (Romans 8:18). HUMILITY

Romans 12:15-21
Devotional:- "Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion". (V.16)

    It is the character of love to be humble. If a man is proud, he can not truly love. To be proud is to be wearing an oversized shoe, so that people will think your leg is big. It is a demonstration of a fake identity. People outwardly become proud because of identity crisis. When you don't know who you are, you will want to proof to people that you are somebody. There is no need acting big when you are not. A proud man thinks he knows it all.

The word of God says “we should not think of ourselves more highly than we ought. The word of God teaches us to identify and associate with humble people. Don't be too wise (Proverbs 5:5-6). It pays to be sincerely humble in all your ways. When you are proud as a leader, the best you can enjoy is eye service and people will mock behind you. Pride is a pointer that you really do not know but proving that you know to cover your ignorance.

In relationship when you think people don't know you, they do. Pride is often lack of self esteem and over estimating self to prove a self worth. You can sincerely ask the Lord to reveal yourself to you. Understand that God makes you very important and unique. Humility will give you great value before God and man (Psalms 25:9). You will earn the promotion before God and man (1 Peter 5:6). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me a humble heart

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
