  HOW SERVANTS THINK Numbers 14:11-25 Devotional:- “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it” (V. 24).   To be a servant requires complete mental shift and change in attitude. Before God, attitude count more than achievement (2 Chronicles 25:2). So, when we look at how real servants think, they think more about others than themselves. Humility is not thinking less of ourselves but thinking of ourselves less (Philippians 2:4). Jesus takes the form of a servant (Philippians 2:7). We can measure our servant’s heart by how we respond when others treat us as servants. Real servants think like a steward and not owner. They keep in mind that God owns it all.  To become a real servant you’ve got to settle the issue of money in your life (Luke 16:13). HUMILITY

Romans 12:15-21
Devotional:- "Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion". (V.16)

    It is the character of love to be humble. If a man is proud, he can not truly love. To be proud is to be wearing an oversized shoe, so that people will think your leg is big. It is a demonstration of a fake identity. People outwardly become proud because of identity crisis. When you don't know who you are, you will want to proof to people that you are somebody. There is no need acting big when you are not. A proud man thinks he knows it all.

The word of God says “we should not think of ourselves more highly than we ought. The word of God teaches us to identify and associate with humble people. Don't be too wise (Proverbs 5:5-6). It pays to be sincerely humble in all your ways. When you are proud as a leader, the best you can enjoy is eye service and people will mock behind you. Pride is a pointer that you really do not know but proving that you know to cover your ignorance.

In relationship when you think people don't know you, they do. Pride is often lack of self esteem and over estimating self to prove a self worth. You can sincerely ask the Lord to reveal yourself to you. Understand that God makes you very important and unique. Humility will give you great value before God and man (Psalms 25:9). You will earn the promotion before God and man (1 Peter 5:6). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me a humble heart

“Pride will lead to falling, watch out”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
