(v.11) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional BLAME GAME Support Us Genesis 3:8-13 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com   One of the strongest weapons the enemy is using to destroy many people today is the habit of blaming others for their failures. Human, by nature, doesn’t often want to be blamed but always likes to blame others or circumstances of their shortcomings. But I would like you to realise the terrible effect of the blame game in your life.   In the scripture we read today, Adam and Eve were simply playing the blame game. But do you know that it did not deliver them from the judgment of God? Neither will this game deliver...

SENSE OF SECURITY

SENSE OF SECURITY

1 Samuel 18:5-15
Devotional:- "Then Saul was very angry, and the saying displeased him; and he said, “They have ascribed to David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed only thousands. Now what more can he have but the kingdom?”  (V. 8)

One of the attitudes that can make us love indeed is the attitude of sense of security. Without this, we will have jealousy and envy in the family. Where there is no sense of security people will be treating others with wicked (Genesis 4:3-8). Sense of security is when you are happy with what God has given you. You don't see the other person better than you but you are willing to celebrate everyone around you.

You can see how the success of Abel disturb Cain and he killed his brother (Genesis 4:5-15). You can see how the successes of David disturbed King Saul till he became jealous of him and plan to kill him. The word of God says “love is not jealous (1 Corinthians 13:4). To be envious or jealous is to be negatively threatened by the success of others.

It is important that each of us know that there is no one created without a special ability or a seed of blessing to bless others around us. It can be different from person to person. Yet, everyone has the seed of greatness. Please, discover and develop yours. It will make you special when you bless people with your gift. We really do not need to be jealous of each other. No matter how many accountants working in the same office, there will still be uniqueness in the way each one works. Just be diligent to be the best in your uniqueness in that office, community or house of God. You will then have the best of life. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to be diligent to be the best.

“Insecurity is a product of ignorant and laziness”
