  PROTECTING YOUR CHURCH’S FAMILY James 3:13-18 Devotional:- “Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace” (V. 18) Understanding that the second purpose of God for man is to belong to the church family, there is therefore a strong need for you to protect the unity of your church. Unity is the soul of fellowship. Nothing on earth is more valuable to God than the church because he paid the highest price for it and He wants to protect it. For you to be able to protect the unity of your church, you need to focus on what you have in common and not your differences (Rom 14:19). God wants unity and not uniformity. God made our differences and that should be respected. We must not let our differences divide us. To protect the unity of your church you must be realistic in your expectations from people. KINDNESS

Romans 12:9-14
Devotional:- "Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another". (V. 10) 

    The act of kindness is a singular character that demonstrates true love. To be kind is to be willing to demonstrate mercy and good gesture towards others. Not that they deserve it but it's your act of kindness. It is to be friendly, considerate and generous towards others. It is to live to share with others in their time of need.

Sometimes, people will want to take advantage of our kind gesture. When we noticed such, we often want to withdraw from being kind. That is why it is important we know that kindness, for us is a commandment. The word of God says “we should be kindly affectionate to one another”.

To live with the character of kindness, you need to identify your strength. That is, what God has blessed you with, You also need to identify who is in need of what you have . Then organize to meet such needs. Every one may not need what you have. We get discouraged when people don't appreciate what we are giving. It means you need to identify those you are sent to bless. And your life will be fulfilled. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, make me a blessing of love

"Kind affection is a seed for kindness”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
