  WHO CARES I Peter 5:5-11 Devotional:- “casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you” (V. 7) NKJV A man could feel so lonely, especially when life looks average. This is when a man may not be having nor be lacking. At times, it is not too bad, but not really good. When you have to manage between the two sides. Such time, a man could feel deserted. This is because people could think you are hiding out or pretending. They’ve never seen you coming to beg, nor are you a rich man. But it is only God and you who know what exactly you are going through. At such a period, people come to you to ask you. And since they are not your God, you cannot be discussing your plight with them. Even when you do the little within your strength, they feel you are bad. And then in your secret you think, who cares? FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT

Galatians 5:16-26
Devotional:- "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness" (V. 22)

    The word of God says “God is love (1 John 4:7-8). For anyone to be able to live in true and genuine love he/she will need help of the Spirit of God. Though, we have to cultivate the attitude of love, yet we need the help of the Holy Spirit to love. Anyone can practice sexual love which is infatuation or friendly love or parent and children love. But it is not by human determination to practice God’s kind of love (Agape); (Sexual or relational love) is wired in us naturally. We just demonstrate in naturally. If two people of opposite are moving closely, they could implicate themselves. The instinct of love in us catalyzes the speed of such love. But the God’s kind of love is not natural.

We need the spirit of God to grow in it. There is a whole lot of differences between people living together as spouse and living in God’s kind of love. That is why most people in courtship will assume they are in love but when they get married they will then discover they have to grow their love.

It is the energy of a right Spirit that can set our heart to think rightly for a right living. Love is the number one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. It means, it is the Holy Spirit that helps us to bear such fruits (Philippians 2:13). Ask Him in prayer to grow love in your spouse and relations. Be sure you are sharing the word of God among your people, and then it will be possible to live in love. Peace

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, help my family to live in love

“Love is costlier than what a natural man can bear”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
