  ENVY NO ONE Genesis 37:1-11  Devotional:- “And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.” (V.11) NKJV For a man to enjoy God’s love being wonderfully demonstrated to him, he must constitute a habit of not envying anyone. This is the reason why many cannot demonstrate genuine love to others. It is time you begin to understand that your value is not comparable. Envy is an emotional act people put on when they feel someone is better than them. Envy is always the mother of negative jealousy. It breeds bitterness and pushes people to commit all kinds of crimes. Some people’s reason for being armed robbers is that since they could not make it legitimately, they must go and get it by force from the hands of those who have made it. EXAMPLE OF LOVE

1 Timothy 4:12-16
Devotional:- "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity".( V.12)

    The word of God commanded us to be an example of love. In other word, it is the desire of God that people should see His nature in us through our life of love (John 13:35). An example of a thing is a model that characterizes the exact look of the original.

For us to live as an example of the love of God to our world, God’s word teaches us to always study and meditate on the word of God. No one can be an example of what he does not live in. That is why we have to live in love

Please, know that whatever attitude you want to live in must fill your mind. A life you will live must be the one you are emulating and learning. You just need to allow the Spirit of God to teach you through the word of God to live in love. You must give yourself to meditation in the word of God. Please know that it is what you give yourself to meditate on that you will behave like. Meditation is digesting information into your life (Joshua 1:8) It will always determine your action. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, teach me to meditate on your word

“You will always be an example of your strong thoughts"

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
