THE BANK            

Psalms 139:12-18
Devotional: -“Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them” (V. 16) NKJV


   It will amaze you to hear that the power of God is stored in the word of God. That is why the Bible says it is full of power (Hebrews 4:12). If anyone wants to relate with the power of God or encounter the power of God, they will need to relate with the word of God. It is in it, that the word of His power is stored. Power is the ability to do or carry out an act. There is power in the word of God.
 
   I am glad to let you know that the power of God is stored in the word. In other words, the word of God is the bank of the power of God. It is the store house for the power of God (Psalms 139:16). That is why we are commanded to study and meditate in the word of God daily. This is because the power of God is coded in the scriptures and only everyone who searches it out is enthroned by it (Proverbs 25:2).
 
   Friend, all you need to overcome in this world is in the word of God. All you need to live above limitations are banked in the word of God. All you need to access the grace and the blessings of God are banked in the word of God. As we dig deep into this goldmine, in this season, I will encourage you to pay quality attention. God has given each of us the access to the bank of His Power by giving us His word. You will access His power and His glory in Jesus name. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, let my heart access your power by your word.

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (V. 17) NLT  God has a purpose behind every problem. God depends more on circumstances to grow our character than reading the Bible; this is because we have challenging circumstances twenty four seven. The word of God made us to see challenges in our life as normal (1 Peter 4:18). Your deepest expression of worship is mostly in the darkest days. It is during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heart-felt and honest prayers to God (James 5:16). God would have kept Jeremiah from the throne to the pit, Joseph from been thrown into the jail, Paul from been shipwrecked or the three Hebrew from been thrown into the fire but he left those problems to himself.
