  WHEN GOD SEEMS DISTANT  Isaiah 8:11-18 Devotional:- “And I will wait on the LORD, Who hides His face from the house of Jacob; And I will hope in Him” (V.17) God is real no matter how anyone feels. Since we are made to worship God whether it is going well or not we must always give all the glory to Him. It is easy to worship God when things are going well, but situations are not always pleasant. That is why we must learn to always give God glory in all situations. The richest of worship is during pains or trails. We must learn to trust God, surrender and love God when we don’t feel his presence. In our scripture today the man of God said ‘’I will trust and place my trust in Him even when God is hidden‘’. True friendship is often tested by distance and inability to communicate.  PRESENCE OF GOD                

John 1:14-18
Devotional: -“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth” (V. 14) NKJV


   There is a mystery in the power of the word. This mystery makes the word to become flesh and follow a man. It is important we understand this dimension of the power of the word of God. This is because the word of God is Spirit and it has life.
 
   The scripture says to us that the word became flesh and dwell among us. This is referring to Jesus. When a man is growing in the revelation of the word of God, the word which is spirit begins to dwell in His mind. So, the spirit of the word begins to follow him wherever he turns to. By the word, he has loaded in his heart; some things are naturally bound to happen to him. Even the forces of the devil recognizes him wherever he is. People who don't know him call him minister of God. There are some results he will begin to command by the level of his growth in the word of God.
 
   Friend, there are some challenges that you are faced with today that growing in the word of God will make them depart from you (Acts 12:10). This is because your mental capacity in the word of God will chase them from your life. By growing your capacity in the word of God, some level of favour will start to follow you and you shall be a wonder. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, help me to load your word in my heart always.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
