Many even ignorantly go into covenant with others in the name of family relation or financial help and could not fulfil their pledge. Some give pledges in public, though they are not sure if they will be able to pay. Some have borrowed money and have not been able to pay back after promising to do so. MEDITATION

MEDITATION

Psalms 1:1-6
Devotional: -“But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night” (V. 2) NKJV

One of the major ways to drink the juice of the power of God through the word of God is by meditation. Whenever anyone is meditating, that person is searching into and drinking the power of God. Meditation is the act of thinking deep or focusing one’s mind for a period of time for the purpose of getting to the rich part of an information. Meditation is the act of drawing to your soul the spirit of an information, so that information begins to internally form or in internally shape you.

The Bible gives us an example of two people. One of them was giving attention to meditating in the word of God and the other does not. We can see their different result at the end. One prospered and the other is called wicked. This result is just by what they fellowship with and what they meditate on. That is why it is so important that each of us give attention to the exercise of meditation in the word of God.

Friend, it is when you give yourself to meditating in the word of God that you will drink into the Spirit, Life and the Power in the word. The Spirit in the word is what can make anything dead to come alive (John 5:25; John 6:63; John 11:43-44). Only those who have received the Spirit of the word can release it to create life. So, give yourself to meditation in the word and the power in the word will change your life totally. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, give me a passionate heart for your word.

“ONLY THOSE WHO CAN MEDITATE, CAN DRINK OF THE POWER”
