STRENGTH

Proverb 24:1-5
Devotional:- “A wise man is strong Yea a man of knowledge increaseth strength” KJV

    Victory in the world belongs only to strong people. Strength is in different dimensions. Someone may be strong financially, and another may be strong politically. Someone else may be strong socially, and someone else may be strong physically. But do you know that all of these are not strong enough to overcome in this world? Yes, they could go to some length, but they have their limitations. To be strong enough to overcome, you need spiritual strength. This is the Supreme strength. This controls all other forms of strength.

Solomon in his wisdom was able to discover the primary requirement of Spiritual Strength. So also, was Daniel and the disciples. What gives access to spiritual strength is knowledge of God (Daniel 11:32). This will make you increase in strength. In the School of the Spirit, the more you know, the stronger you will be. Knowledge here does not refer to your degree or certificate but having contact with the understanding of God’s word by revelation (John 8:32). Knowledge of God builds our confidence because it produces faith in us (Romans 10:17).

You can enter this school of the spirit as you study God’s word and books written by men of God, who have contacted the deep things of God. Anytime the Holy Spirit sees you making yourself available to seek knowledge, He will always be there to teach you. It is this knowledge that will promote you spiritually. It infused in you the strength of heaven to reign on earth.

The level of your knowledge of God’s word equips your Spirit and determines the strength of the power you can release. For example, someone calls the name of Jesus, and the devil trembles and another person call Him and is wounded by the devil (Act 19:14-16). The difference is knowledge or how acquainted they were with the Lord. Since you physically grow daily, you must also grow spiritually. Then your victory and success will be ascertained. You will get there.

PRAYER: LORD, GIVE ME A PASSION FOR YOUR WORD

“IT IS A RISK TO GROW IN AGE WITHOUT GROWING IN KNOWLEDGE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
