  WISDOM Luke 21:7-19  Devotional:- “for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.” (V.15) NKJV It is impossible for a man to succeed in this world without wisdom. This is because we are living in a world that is so terrible and perverse. The spirit of the enemy has so much advanced in the children of the world, and we will need a super wisdom to overcome them. But thanks be to God. Wisdom is one of the gifts of love we have from God in the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). The wisdom we have in God is not the earthly wisdom but divine and heavenly. This makes it possible for us to rule on the earth with heavenly wisdom. But you and I must know how to employ this wisdom. This is by asking and giving room for the operation of the Holy Spirit upon our mind. SAVED BY GRACE

Ephesians 2:1-10 NKJV
Devotional:-For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God (V. 8).

    A Christian is the one that is saved by grace. To be saved by grace means you know you are not saved by your works of moral behaviour. It means you know that you do not merit your salvation. Grace means unmerited favour. In order words, you did not work for it. Someone had already paid for it.

Because we are saved by grace and not by our merit, we appreciate the mercy of God. That is why you have nothing to boast about. Jesus paid the price on the cross. He died and rose on the third day to pay for your salvation. You were only given as a gift (Romans 6:23). You only accept the salvation by believing that Jesus died on the cross for you.

 This have a way of making us humble before our saviour. By that humility we are kept under check and not proud. It is only those who aren saved by Grace that are children of God. If you  have not fully come into this understanding you may not be saved. Be grateful daily for He who pay for your freedom from sin and satan. Then you are set for a great life with God. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, help me to retain the understanding of my salvation by Grace.

“Grace is a gift to be appreciated by humility”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
