  OVERFLOWING WITH JOY Psalm 23:1-6 Devotional:- “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over” (v.5) NKJV It is the will of God in this season to fill your life with good things until you overflow with joy. This is not God’s plan for a few people but for all mankind. He intends to make everyone overflow with the good things of life. What does it mean to overflow? This simply means God want everyone to experience an abundance of good things and then flow out to others (John 10:10).  King David was sharing the testimony of his own overflowing experience. Though the enemies wanted to stop him, the Lord did it for him. Despite all the challenges and hurdles he has to pass through yet God brought him to his overflowing experience. SAVED BY GRACE

Ephesians 2:1-10 NKJV
Devotional:-For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God (V. 8).

    A Christian is the one that is saved by grace. To be saved by grace means you know you are not saved by your works of moral behaviour. It means you know that you do not merit your salvation. Grace means unmerited favour. In order words, you did not work for it. Someone had already paid for it.

Because we are saved by grace and not by our merit, we appreciate the mercy of God. That is why you have nothing to boast about. Jesus paid the price on the cross. He died and rose on the third day to pay for your salvation. You were only given as a gift (Romans 6:23). You only accept the salvation by believing that Jesus died on the cross for you.

 This have a way of making us humble before our saviour. By that humility we are kept under check and not proud. It is only those who aren saved by Grace that are children of God. If you  have not fully come into this understanding you may not be saved. Be grateful daily for He who pay for your freedom from sin and satan. Then you are set for a great life with God. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, help me to retain the understanding of my salvation by Grace.

FOLLOWING CHRIST                   Luke 14:25-33 Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)      God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
