THE REDEEMED Galatians 3:10-14  Devotional:- “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree” (V. 13) KJV . Today, we children of God do not understand the meaning of redemption. And so it does not really have any meaningful impact on our lives. This is because it is only knowledge that brings about outstanding strength and makes a man stand over his enemy. Many Christians are building muscles instead of knowledge of our God to build our spirit and soul for victory (Daniel 11:32). Though we sing redemption and even bear it as a "knowledge is power name, yet we still find ourselves in bondage. Notice that prayer without knowledge is a religious exercise. Not only in this world but in the spirit realm. Our redemption is tickly packaged for our victory, but it will take the revelation of God’s word to unfold it for our use. HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM

Acts 2:1-13
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (V. 4)

    To be a true believer you must not just receive the Holy Spirit at convention, you must be baptised with the Holy Spirit. To be baptised with the Holy Spirit is to be filled with Him. It is to be full of Him so much that there will be no room for another spirit in you anymore. It is to be taken over by the Holy Spirit.

Before someone is filled with the Holy Spirit, he/she is first filled with the Spirit of the flesh, which is the spirit of the world ruled by the devil (2 Corinthians 4:4). It can also be called the spirit of self. So for someone to be filled with the Holy Spirit, you must first be humble to sincerely denounce the spirit of self or flesh. It is by this we are ready and open enough for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. When you are really baptised with the Holy Spirit, it is then you really begin to enjoy God (Romans 8:9).

Friend, the hindrance to the baptism of the Holy Spirit is people’s inability to let go self and flesh. You must be humble enough to put this aside an open up to the Holy Spirit, then he will start to teach you and lead you (John 14:26). If you are not always led by the Holy Spirit then you are a baby in the spirit (Romans 8:14). This not a safe level for a child of God (Galatians 4:1). You need to be a growing Christian to be a mature believer. Peace!

Prayer, Lord, give me the humble spirit to open up to the Holy Spirit

“Only those who are baptized of the Holy Spirit are the temple of God”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
