  HOUSE HIM Proverbs 23:19-28  Devotional:- “My son, give me your heart, And let your eyes observe my ways.” (V. 26) NKJV No man can actually have the best of God until you are really ready to house Him. As a man that married a woman will have to house her so also in Christ, though He is our husband yet we have to house Him (Ephesians 5:28-29). The scripture we read today is the wise counsel of God to us as His son, saying “… son give me your heart.” This is because until you give your heart to a lover you cannot totally have the enjoyment of the fill of His love. You will observe that when a man is truly in love, his entire mind is rapped into the love for his beloved. He cannot help longing for him. Some will even have the picture with them always and anywhere. Just to see it and feel loved. A true lover will always long for their beloved. He does not stay late or long outside because the beloved is in the house waiting. Friend, do you really love God. Does His love fill you...

GIVE YOUR LIFE TO HIM

Proverbs 23:23-28.
Devotional:- “My son, give me your heart, And let your eyes observe my ways” (v. 26) NKJV

    Our heart is a vital part of our life. Our heart is our soul. God made man as a spirit, but gives him a soul (heart) and make him to live in a body (Genesis 2:7). It is with your heart you are able to download the things of the spirit to manifest it in the physical. Your heart is your life. Your heart can connect with spiritual things and physical things at the same time.

Your heart is made up of your intellect, your will and your emotion. Your heart is controlled either by the spirit of God or of the devil depending on who you have given it to. So many people have not given their heart to anyone. So today they yield to the spirit of God and tomorrow the spirit of the world. Christian are those who have decided to give their heart to God. This is not just turning to God but a deliberate decision that determines Christ and Christ alone will be the controller of my soul. This makes them select what they think, decide or act on.

Friend until you allow Jesus to determine attracts your soul, you are not a child of God. Give your heart to Him and He will give you rest.

Prayer: Lord, I submit my heart to you to be totally yours from today.

“What you give your heart to determines what goes on there”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
