  EVALUATION 2 Corinthians 13:1-10 Devotional:- “Examine and test and evaluate your own selves to see whether you are holding to your faith and showing the proper fruits of it. Test and prove yourselves [not Christ]. Do you not yourselves realize and know [thoroughly by an ever-increasing experience] that Jesus Christ is in you-unless you are [counterfeits] disapproved on trial and rejected?” (V.5)AMPC At such a time like this every one who desires to fulfill their destiny in life should evaluate themselves. Since life is about fulfilling your purpose, goal or destiny, it therefore becomes possible to measure where you are in the race of your life. The enemy often tries to make this time a period of sorrow for so many people. They will look back and see their poor performances. This will then make them break down to sorrow. IMPATIENCE         

1 Samuel 13:4-14
Devotional:- "Now it happened, as soon as he had finished presenting the burnt offering, that Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might greet him". (V. 10) NKJV

    Sometimes in the course of trying to rush to attain a goal, we complicate situations especially when this rush is caused by impatience. Impatience is not to allow the right process of things to be in place. It is the trick of the enemy to bring affliction over our heart by making us to be restless and making us feel if it does not happen now it will never happen. This is not often true but lies. This is not a life style of a true believer.

It is true in the scripture we read today that King Saul had waited for seven days but he should have waited to the end of the day before concluding that Samuel the prophet will not come again. It was just a pressure by the weakness of his heart and as soon as he finished sacrificing Samuel came. His day of honour was turn to the beginning of the shame. Just a little patience more would have secured his throne.

Friend, understand that what is yours by divine ordination will not miss you. Don’t give in to pressure. This pressure in most cases is because we lack the understanding of the purposes of God. The devil always want to deceive us to think material things are our purpose on earth. That push us to become desperate when it look escaping. Please know that you are not created for material things but they are created for you. You need not to be afraid of failure. Remember God is on your side (Romans 8:31). You can’t secure the future by allowing tension. Watch out! Peace!

Prayer: Lord, teach me to manage pressure of life

“Situation that comes with pressure is leading to tension, watch out!”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
