  OBEDIENCE Acts 13:42-52 Devotional:- “And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.” (v.52) NKJV A great instrument that can sustain joy in the life of God’s children is obedience. When a man disobey God, the enemy just strategically makes him lose his right decision. The devil has just made him follow a wrong path and shunned his part in God’s help and provision. So he cannot help but experience sorrow and regret at last. Many don’t just know why they have sorrow. They do not know that they are created by God for God (Isaiah 43:21). So when man disobeys, it is life out of course (Psalms 82:5). The disciples were led by the Holy Spirit to send Paul and Barnabas on an assignment for God (Acts 13:1-3). But as they went on their journey for God’s assignment, they were confronted with persecution by the Jews. Yet, they had great joy. FAILURE FROM THE INSIDE

Matthew 26:14-16 NKJV
Devotional:- and said, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him to you?” And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver. (V. 15)

    It is important you come to know that if a man is not successful in his heart he cannot be successful in this world. It is first in the heart then it will manifest outside. The greatest frustration of this world is people trying to achieve outside what they are not inside. If a man does not have the faith for success in his heart, no matter what he has he will feel like a failure. So he will desire for more, thinking by getting more he will be successful.

Judas Iscariot was the treasurer of the ministry of Jesus. The Bible told us he used to steal from the purse. But that was not enough he still went ahead demanding for money to betray Jesus. He never felt successful. He always feels he needs more till he killed himself (Matthew 27:3-10).

Friend, success is not what you have but what but who you are. If you are not a success you cannot attain it. Whatever you gather will escape because your heart is not up to it. Stealing or embezzling is because people are failure in their heart (Matthew 6:25-27). Successful people command success because it is from within. So it is first inside then outside. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, give me a heart of success

“A heart of failure will spend eternity looking for success”.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
