  GREATNESS   Luke 1:26-37 Devotional:- “He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David” (v.32) NKJV One of the strong prophecies that was spoken about Jesus was that He would be great. I have discovered with time that lasting greatness is given by God. Therefore, it becomes unattainable only by labour but by God’s favour. You hardly see anyone who doesn’t desire to be great, but greatness is life's answer to a few people. This is not because many people don’t labour for it, but because God did not approve their greatness. I need to bring you to an understanding of how to contact true greatness. It comes through the combination of virtues called labour and favour. These two virtues come from both man and God, respectively. Man labour but God favour. FEELING CONDEMNED

Romans 8:1-5
Devotional:- "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit". (V. 1)

    What some people call humility is equal to self-destruction. Many have problem differentiating between humility and self-humiliation. What some take for been sober is just like self-defamation. They do not only condemn themselves they also go on the cross for their own sin.

Even Jesus suffered on the cross and it was over but their case have been an endless self-crucifixion and they never see themselves qualified to be free.

Jesus came condemned and crucified that we may not suffer. As many of us that have the life of Jesus in our life, we are no more to be under the punishment of condemnation. All that is important is that we know that submission to God is to allow Him to direct our ways. In other word we take instructions before taking steps. It is also important that whenever the Holy Spirit convicts us of an unrighteous act, we repent of it and confess it to God and that is all (1 John 1:7-10). But to carry it on and on is to be willing to die for your sin. You are saying the death of Jesus is not enough for you and you want to put your life on the cross with Jesus. Please learn to live by faith in God’s word and you shall be free.

Prayer: Lord, help me to learn to take forgiveness by faith.

“Self-condemnation is a sin of self-crucifixion”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
