SLOW TO ANGER   Proverbs 16:27-33 Devotional:- “He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” (V. 32) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional SLOW TO ANGER Support Us Proverbs 16:27-33 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com The spirit of anger has destroyed many lives in this generation. The devil has made many people see success as attainable as you learn to be angry. Students in the School and children in the house are no longer to plead but show their anger to have their way. Workers get angry at employers to threaten them to do what they want. Wives and husbands get angry at themselves to run their homes. People are even proud that they are stronger in anger than others. But do you know that a wise man is slow in responding to anger? Do you know that anger...

DILIGENCE

DILIGENCE

2 Timothy 2:14-19 NKJV
Devotional:- "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth". (V. 15)

Laziness is a sign of irresponsibility. To be lazy the person always dodges responsibility and not willing to take a task. A lazy person will have to tell lies sometimes. Many times he or she will have to pretend. Always looking for how to manipulate and turn responsibilities away from his or herself. Such people are always excited only when there is fun. Their definition of fun is idleness.

If you are lazy you cannot be a true believer. There are too many things we accommodate in the name of church. To be lazy means you are not growing in the Lord. The spirit of God is a diligent Spirit. If people in your office or fellowship are always complaining about you, even God will also complain. God hate laziness and irresponsibility, God wants his children to be diligent (1 Thessalonians 4:11-12).

Friend, to be a true believer you must be diligent and love to work. Don’t be pulling it down when others are pushing it up. Don’t be cold; be hot in the office or in the House of the Lord (Revelation 3:15-16). Don’t let your home be like a rat house. Put in your best to whatever you are doing. Be a good representative of Christ.

Prayer: Lord, give me a diligent spirit.

“Diligence makes you a shining example of Christ”
