CHOICE OF JOY Acts 16:20-30 Devotional:- “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” (V.25) NKJV So many people in this world have not woken up to the fact that the way they live is their choice. One of the greatest errors is to think that the situation a man finds himself, is the determining factor of his life. This is not true. Please come to an awareness of this truth from now on: that you are living as you have chosen to live. Get to know that you are a creature of choice. Whatever your choice is, that is your lot. God chooses no evil for anyone in life (Jeremiah 29:11). Whether you are happy or not, whether you are rich or not, whether you are healthy or not, it is your choice; if you decide otherwise from now and stand by your decision, things will change for you. LIVING IN THE WORD

Psalm 119:91-105
Devotional:- "Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path". (V. 105)

    Children of God are those who live in the word of God. To live in the word of God is to live as acting the word, as expecting the word to manifest in your life. It is making the word your hope and expectation. It is to live daily to fulfil the word of God. It is to make the word of God your mind set or your thinking pattern.

Remember Jesus said you are in the world but you are not of the world (John 17:14). You belong to another Kingdom that is not of this world. If all you think is according to this world, then you may not really be a believer. A believer in Christ is the one that has been changed from living in the world to living in the word of God.

To be able to live in the word of God, you must know the word of God. This comes by careful daily study of the word. Then it becomes part of you and your experiences (Joshua 1:8). To be able to live in the word of God, you must accept and celebrate the word (Psalm 119:162). The word becomes your joy. You must take delight in the word and love the word (Psalms 1:2). Then your life will be a manifestation of the promises of the word of God. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to live daily in your word.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
