  OUR ROCK Psalms 18:1-3 Devotional:- Lord is my rock and my fortress and deliverer…” (V.2) One of the love emblems to us is that He is our rock. He is known as the rock of ages. Because He loves us, He is always there for us. Rock is a symbol of strength and confidence. The cleft of the rock is always a beautiful place of refuge. Water from the rock is always pure and cool. As part of His love for us, He has become our rock (I Corinthians 10:4). He is the rock of our salvation, of our peace and protection. The bird eagle lives on the rock above the reach of the enemy. The water on it is refreshing and clean, far above the reach of the dust. The cave of the rock is always very cool and secure, far above the reach of either the arrow of the enemy or the scourging of the sun. This is who Jesus is for us. LIVING IN THE WORD

Psalm 119:91-105
Devotional:- "Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path". (V. 105)

    Children of God are those who live in the word of God. To live in the word of God is to live as acting the word, as expecting the word to manifest in your life. It is making the word your hope and expectation. It is to live daily to fulfil the word of God. It is to make the word of God your mind set or your thinking pattern.

Remember Jesus said you are in the world but you are not of the world (John 17:14). You belong to another Kingdom that is not of this world. If all you think is according to this world, then you may not really be a believer. A believer in Christ is the one that has been changed from living in the world to living in the word of God.

To be able to live in the word of God, you must know the word of God. This comes by careful daily study of the word. Then it becomes part of you and your experiences (Joshua 1:8). To be able to live in the word of God, you must accept and celebrate the word (Psalm 119:162). The word becomes your joy. You must take delight in the word and love the word (Psalms 1:2). Then your life will be a manifestation of the promises of the word of God. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to live daily in your word.

“What excites you is what you live in”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
