TAKE NO OFFENCE Luke 7:18-30 Devotional:- “And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me” (v.23) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional TAKE NO OFFENCE Support Us Luke 7:18-30 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Sometimes, men easily get offended. That is, they get annoyed and refuse to relate to one another. Many of us have some people we don’t greet now on this account. Some people have taken offence at their parents and relations, and they refused to relate to them. The truth is that if you know the harm you are doing to yourself by so doing, you will give up on this.   In the scripture we read today, John the Baptist was not happy because Jesus did not come to rescue him from prison, and he took offence at Christ. He sent messengers to Jesus to ask if He was the Christ or not. This question see...

PURPOSE OF HIS PRESENCE

PURPOSE OF HIS PRESENCE

Genesis 39:1-6
Devotional: "The LORD was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian” (V. 2)

We so much love the presence of the Lord, but we need to understand it's purpose. Today, because we don't know the purpose of the presence of the Lord, we are not fulfilling the desires of the Lord concerning us. God is disappointed in many Christians because we have so much allow the work of the devil to be more pronounced in the world than the work of God. The reason God want to be with us is that His invisible glory might become visible through us (Psalm 19:1-3) This will happen as we work or step out with His presence with us.

People of Gerar could see the presence of God in the life of Abraham because of his work (Genesis 21:22). It was the work of Isaac that made visible the presence of God in his life (Genesis 26:16; Genesis 26:26-29). This was also visible in the life of Jacob (Genesis 30:27). The same with Joseph and Daniel.

Friend, God want to prove His presence in your work and result. That is why you and I must work diligently by faith to prove the presence of the Lord with us. The presence of the Lord will always produce favor and promotion when we work with the right motive. Let God show His presence in your life this year. This is by your good work of faith in the possibility grace of God (Matthew 5:16) And you shall be blessed. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, let your presence speak in my work from now.

“WHEN OUR WORK PROVE GOD’S PRESENCE, THEN THE WORLD WILL TURN TO GOD”
