HE NEVER REJECTS YOU

HE NEVER REJECTS YOU John 6:24-40  Devotional:- “All whom My Father gives (entrusts) to Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out [I will never, no never, reject one of them who comes to Me]” (V 37) AMPC Sometimes we imagine God in our mind with the understanding and the likeness of men. We view Him as someone we have to really beg to ever experience His favour or help. The truth is that there are several reasons responsible for this. One of them is that man, by his nature, could reject a fellow man. So when we think of coming to God or returning to Him, we feel in our mind that we are too bad to be accepted. We need to understand that our feelings about God cannot be the best way to describe Him, like His word. Even though we feel like that, yet, the word of God, which is the truth, says, whoever comes to Him, He will never reject. He is never interested in the death of a sinner but that he repents and be saved (Ezekiel 18:23). This is part...

THE GLORY OF GOD

THE GLORY OF GOD

Isaiah 40:1-5
Devotional: “The glory of the LORD shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." (V. 5)

God always want to demonstrate His glory in the life of His children. The glory of the Lord is the beauty of the Lord. If the glory of God will therefore be demonstrated in our lives, it has to be through our work. This is when we step out to carry out our businesses in obedience to the Lord.

The scripture we read today says, the glory of the Lord shall be revealed. The word reveal means, shall be seen or shown. God want to show His glory through us, but it must be through something we are doing. Don’t let anything stop you. The truth is that idleness will bring glory to the devil. He will always find a way to manifest through human idleness. That is why they say an idle hand is the devil’s workshop. God told Israelites what to do for His glory, it’s a work (Isaiah 40:3-5).

Friend in the school or office, God want you to work diligently by His instructions and be the best (Proverbs 22:29). That is, everybody will see the glory of God through your life. Take initiative to make a positive change. Take responsibility to wait on the Lord for solution. Use your gift and special abilities. Advance the course of event in that office. Then the glory of God will be revealed through what you do. Please know from today that true work is a place of God’s glory. Idleness brings glory to the devil. All the killings in our nation is because we allow the devil. It is time to allow God. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, make my life a demonstration of your glory
