OUR REDEEMER Colossians 2:9-18  Devotional:- “In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.”(V. 14) No life living under the power of curses can by any means prosper. This is because curses have the power to destroy the strength to prosper. When it is said that a man is cursed, it means a word was spoken to him, and this word follows him to pull him down wherever he goes. You need to know that the Word often became flesh to follow people (John 1:14). So it often stands as a spirit assigned to follow men about. So when a man is cursed, it is under a monitoring spirit that destroys his help, favour and success. But we have this great love of God demonstrated to us in Christ Jesus. Jesus came to redeem us from the curses ofthe law. In other words, He has come to set us free from the slavery of sin and Satan. To redeem means to set free or buy back from the slave market. Daniel 6:1-5
Devotion: "and over these, three governors, of whom Daniel was one, that the satraps might give account to them, so that the king would suffer no loss.” V.2

As citizens of the kingdom of God, we are in this world as an ambassador of heaven to represent God on the earth (I Corinthians 5:20).  Therefore we are not in this world to be an unlooker, but a participator of all affairs in the world.  Our God is the creator of this world (Genesis 1:1), and so, as sons and daughters of the most high, we are the owner of this world, that is why we must not live the affairs of this world to the devil and his disciples.

In the time of the disciples of Jesus, they took over their world. We read about Daniel today how he won taking over his world. Joseph took over his world, not to talk of David, Solomon, etc.

Friend, your work in this world is for God to through you to take over either of the seven mountains of the world. We have left it for the devil enough. Find your part as a mountain taker. Either in the industrial section, Educational, Religious, Media, Political, Entertainment.  God ordained you a ruler when He saved you (Rev. 5:9-10). It is time to arise and take over. You are born to rule.

PRAYER: Lord, give me my own mountain from now.

“There is a mountain for you to rule take seventh”.
