  WISDOM Luke 21:7-19  Devotional:- “for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.” (V.15) NKJV It is impossible for a man to succeed in this world without wisdom. This is because we are living in a world that is so terrible and perverse. The spirit of the enemy has so much advanced in the children of the world, and we will need a super wisdom to overcome them. But thanks be to God. Wisdom is one of the gifts of love we have from God in the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). The wisdom we have in God is not the earthly wisdom but divine and heavenly. This makes it possible for us to rule on the earth with heavenly wisdom. But you and I must know how to employ this wisdom. This is by asking and giving room for the operation of the Holy Spirit upon our mind. YOUR EXPERIENCES 

1 Sam 17:48-58
Devotional: "Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth” (v. 49)


    Your experiences in life is a function of repeated exercise or unavoidable practices you find yourself. This could be in form of a training or a job that train you to specialize on a particular part of production. Experiences are therefore the strength we gathered or the skill we have built in by exercising in it over a period of time. Experiences of life, either good or bad ought to make our lives better.

In the scripture we read today, David confronted Goliath and kill him with a stone and a sling. This is an instrument he must have been used to with time. Some are experts in using this to fight (Judges 20:16) If a man is not experienced in it, you may not be good at it. Lack of experiences can make someone to be wounded in the use of such.

Friend, there are also some skill of life you have acquired by the reason of your experiences with them. God expect you to use them in your office and to work in your business. A highly qualified man in a profession without experience on the job cannot be compared to a man without qualification but experienced. God has given each of us these opportunity that we must work with. So, look at this side of your life and use it in your office and business for the progress of your work. And you will be rewarded. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, make me a blessing with my experiences

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
