SHARING YOUR FEELING

SHARING YOUR FEELING Hebrews 4:11-16 Devotional:- “For we do not have an high priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness… (V. 15)” It is not always very easy for people to understand us, especially when we pass through challenges and are weak. Even those who want to understand and sympathise could get to a level and turn back. Sometimes, instead of people sympathising with us, they constitute a panel of judges and begin to point accusing fingers at us.  As part of the act of love of Jesus, the scripture we read today says, He sympathises with us in our situation. In other words, He knows exactly what you are going through, both the one you can explain and the one you cannot. He could feel exactly the way you feel. The Bible says, He has suffered as we do. Even if you are struggling with a weakness or a sin, He has also been in the flesh. He knows how painful your feelings are. He cannot reject you, and He identifies with you and still loves you. TENACITY

Hebrews 6:9-12
Devotional: "And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end,” (V. 11)

One thing that makes a work succeed at last is our ability to stay with the work either thin or thick. Desperate people may not be able to establish anything serious. There is nothing that will stand at last if there is no one to stay and face it squarely.

In the scripture we read today, the Bible teaches us to show the same diligent to the end. This is because most business starts with great enthusiasm and expectations. But hope deferred wearies the soul (Proverbs 13:12). There is a need to learn the wisdom of staying till it works. Every great story has a place of endurance. The word of God said we should work with faith and patience (Hebrews 6:12).

Friend, refuse to give up on your work, hold tightly to your assignments. Nothing good comes easily. If you discover you are not made for a work don’t deceive yourself, you can make a change. Be determined to build greatness through what you do. Greatness does not come overnight. Refuse to give up and refuse to give in. Be determined to make it in life. And grace will see you through. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, help me to stay to the end to get the best.
