MEASURING WITH JESUS

MEASURING WITH JESUS

Psalm 69:29-36
Devotional:- This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bull, Which has horns and hooves. (v. 31)

Everyone who want to live a consecrated life unto the Lord must always measure their action with that of Jesus. They must always ask the question, will Jesus be pleased with this? The life of Jesus is the measuring example for all believer and we must use it to measure our decisions and our actions

The psalmist said in Psalm 69:30-31, “I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving. This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bull, Which has horns and hooves.” This tells you that he wants to do what will please the Lord.

Friend, be out to do only what will please the Lord. Ask yourself always, will this please the Lord? That is when you can truly walk with God and be qualify in His presence always. Each of us need to ask for the grace to always please the Lord. And our life will be an example of His glory. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to always live to please you in all things

“HE THAT LIVE TO PLEASE THE LORD SHALL BE PLEASED BY THE LORD”
