TIME OF JOY Philippians 4:1-7 Devotional:- “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again l say, rejoice.” (V. 4) KJV One of the most important and most needed virtues of life is joy. When joy is not in place, many things may not be in place. It is joy that eases a man off the tension of life. It is joy that puts men always in health (Proverbs 17:22). It is joy that destroys our doubt. It is the joy in the Lord that increases our faith. It is joy that refreshes our minds and gives us mental richness. There are many more things that joy does in our lives, yet it looks so scarce in the lives of many. This is because there are not many pleasant situations that will help them rejoice. But you, as a believer, should know that you cannot afford to live in sorrow, for without joy, life will be totally in shambles. YOUR REWARD

1 Corinthians 3:5-17
Devotional:- "Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor.” V8


    The word of God says, to every labour there is a reward (Proverbs 14:23). If men could be wise enough to know they need to reward labour, how much more God. Everyone working as representing the kingdom of God on earth can not but be rewarded (2 Corinthians 5:20). So, brace up as you serve the Lord.

The scripture we read today, says, he who plant and he who waters are both going to be rewarded. That is why you should not look down at what God has given you to do or where He has positioned you. Value the privileged you have to serve God. That is why you should put in your best in all you are doing for the Lord, either in your home, community, or in the house of God. All of them are extension of the church of Jesus.

Please note that, the reward in heaven is going to be based on our work here for the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:10) . Thank God for many aspects of our lives here, but our reward shall be based on how many lives we have affected for the Lord. Keep putting in your best. Your reward will come. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, let my work before you be rewardable.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
