  MY REFUGE Psalms 46:1-7 Devotional:- "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (V. 1) It is always very easy for men to say God is not good to them when they have a pressing need. But if you observe it carefully, wisdom will let you always appreciate Him. It is not every one that began this year that is still alive now. Many were faced with challenges greater than themselves and were swallowed up. If you listen to the reasons for their falls, they are not too great. The truth is that you also have passed through challenges greater than theirs, but God was your refuge. Anytime you run to Him, you will find a hiding place in Him. Even when it looks like the situation wants to swallow you, you still find strength for help in God. Do you know that you have been enjoying His refuge not because you are better but because He loves you? No matter what happens, do not be afraid, your lover is your refuge. FAITHFULNESS

FAITHFULNESS 

Matthew 25:14-30
Devotional:- “His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord” (v. 21)


    Everyone who intend to journey to eternity with Jesus must learn the habit of faithfulness. To be faithful is to be straight and plain in our dealing with what is committed to our hands before the Lord. To be faithful is to obey the Lord in carrying out our assignments as the Lord has commanded us.

We could see in the scripture we read today how faithfulness is a factor to access eternity. Each of those servants received their reward based on their faithfulness to the master. To be faithful is to stick to the instruction of the master by obeying Him. It is to be loyal and be constant in our pursuits of the assignment for the master.

Please know that all the Lord has given to you, (your job, spouse, children, business, talent, gifts, leadership, finance etc.) are trusted in to your hand. Be faithful to God on how you used them. Then your promotion shall come in Jesus name. Peace

Prayer: Lord, help me to be faithful in all things

IT IS FAITHFULNESS THAT QUALIFIES FOR REWARD IN ETERNITY

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
